Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing an dermatologist in Naples, FL so we have made requesting an appointment a simple and convenient process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing

Florida Coastal Dermatology accepts insurance from most major insurance companies. We do not accept any HMO plans. We will submit to your insurance carrier for charges incurred during your visit. Please bring your insurance cards with you to your appointment.

Payment is due at the time of service. This includes co-payments and deductibles. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

If biopsies or other Lab work is done, you will receive a separate invoice from the laboratory or Pathologist that interprets your specimens. You are responsible for paying all invoices directly to that laboratory or physician. Most insurance companies do cover this cost. Please check with your specific plan.

All cosmetic procedures are paid at the time of service. We do not bill for these procedures to the insurance companies.
